The Scribe field is the first field of five (5), which should be filled out. This is the opportunity for the team to make sure the idea or concept is phrased accurately and that everyone understands it. If the idea or concept is phrased so that a 10 year old child can understand it this is better. By creating a simple explanation that is understandable at all levels the chances of misinterpretation are limited. Any mental models that could prevent everyone from collectively understanding the idea are removed.
Any acronyms or abbreviations should be spelled out in the Scribe field to make sure that the ideas could be handed off to a completely new organization and they would be able to fully understand the ideas.
